Most of these have been broken for months.
Nobody tells you. A customer who emails an address that bounces does not phone instead — they go to whoever answers. The failure is invisible from the inside, because your own contact form works fine when you test it, and your own phone rings when you dial it from memory.
This is checkable from outside, which is the point. We do not need your passwords, your analytics, or a meeting to prove it.
One shop, four faults
A bike shop in Amsterdam, trading 35 years. Every fault below was reproduced against their live site. They have not been contacted, so they are not named here — publishing a working business as a cautionary tale to sell a service is the sort of thing we would rather fix than do.
The fourth one is fixed and running. We installed a booking system, loaded it with the shop’s own opening hours, and made a real reservation through it — confirmation email and all. That took an afternoon and no involvement from them.
It is not one shop
We checked 26 small businesses in Amsterdam, Portland, Austin and Minneapolis. Missing systems are the norm, not the exception:

What happens after the check
You get the findings whether or not you do anything with them. If something is broken and you want it fixed, we quote that specific fix — booking, live chat, or repairing what is already there. Everything runs on open-source software we host and hand over. No lock-in, no monthly minimum to see the report.
